NOW HIRING – A/B LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

RGV Tire Pros is looking for an experienced, skilled, and dependable A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team.

We are seeking a qualified mechanic who can independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of domestic and import vehicles.

Pay & Compensation

$18–$22 per flag hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Minimum of 30 flag hours per week guaranteed.
Opportunity to earn more based on productivity.
Full-time position.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must have proven A-Level or B-Level automotive repair experience.
Must have your own professional automotive tools.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with engine performance, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, and general mechanical repairs.
Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently with minimal supervision.
Experience using diagnostic scanners and automotive repair equipment.
Valid driver's license required.
Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues.
Perform general automotive maintenance and repairs.
Accurately identify vehicle problems and recommend necessary repairs.
Complete assigned repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work professionally with service advisors and other technicians.
Follow company procedures and safety standards.
